Moree Chosen To Take Part In August Dyslexia Drive

Moree has been chosen as one of 10 country towns to take part in the August Dyslexia Drive.

A free Dyslexia Seminar for the Moree Community will be held on Wednesday 24th August at 1pm at the Moree Services Club. Parents of struggling readers are invited to attend.

This FREE Seminar, featuring two speakers, will be 90 minutes of tips, insight and practical knowledge about what dyslexia is and how parents can help their children get ovwer the reading hump.

10 – 15% of Australians have dyslexia, a disorder that involves difficulty in learning to read or interpret words, letters and other symbols.
